The Beauty Studio is a beautiful and bright daylight rental space in downtown Albany, Oregon, created by an Esthetician with an eye for aesthetics and design. Michelle wanted to offer a space for the community of creatives with a mind for content. This fully-equipped studio is perfect just for that. The Beauty Studio is an ideal space for photo shoots, video production, business meetings, workshops, beauty classes, and content shoots for estheticians, hair stylists, make-up artists, Real Estate Agents, and more!
No alcohol allowed.

Liability and Financial Responsibility: Each Renter shall be held liable for damage to equipment while using The Beauty Studio, and shall be financially responsible for repairing or replacing damaged equipment immediately after such damage occurs. If equipment is damaged during an event, the Renter shall immediately notify The Beauty Studio via email or phone. If, upon arriving at The Beauty Studio for your rental, Equipment is discovered to be damaged, the Renter should notify The Beauty Studio before the rental begins. Please treat our studio with the utmost care and insure your clients are respectful as well. Clean up after yourself and your clients before you leave.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement: The Beauty Studio shall not be held responsible for any liability, loss, costs, damages, fees and expenses incurred when the Renter is using the studio. Renters agree to assume full responsibility for their own actions and the actions of their guests, and for their own safety and the safety of their guests, in The Beauty Studio. Each Renter agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless The Beauty Studio and its Members from and against all liability, loss, costs, damages, fees and expenses (including attorney’s fees) for any suit, claims settlement, award, penalty, fine, defense or judgment because of loss or damage to any person, property or right. This indemnity shall apply whether or not the loss or damage is caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the joint or concurrent act or omission (whether negligent or otherwise) of the Renters or their guests. You are responsible for you and your clients safety during your time at The Beauty Studio. Always keep the doors locked and be aware of your surroundings.
Allowable Use: Renters may use The Beauty Studio for any and all legal purposes provided that all of the following conditions are met:
The Renter must be physically present in the Studio for the entire duration of the event.
The Renter shall solely be held liable for any damage to The Beauty Studio, equipment, or harm to any person caused, either deliberately or inadvertently, by the Renter or its guests.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 48 hours of rental appointment are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. Cancellations that are made 72 hours or more have the option for a full refund or reschedule.
Penalty Fees: The Studio must be left in a clean and orderly condition when rented time is finished. The door must be locked when you leave. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if rental is left messy.
Do not damage the walls. Do not hang anything on the walls without prior approval. If walls are damaged during your rental period, you will be charged for the cost of the repair.
Rules:
No loud music.
No Pets or animals/with exception family dog for family photo shoots are ok.
Be respectful of props and equipment.
Be respectful of other tenets in the building.
If you don’t know how to use something, please ask.
Make sure to clean up any messes.
Always lock up and return and secure the key to it’s lock box.
Return equipment/props/furniture to original location.
Do not use the studio outside of your rental period.
No open flames, candles, body oil, confetti, glitter, or smoke bombs, or any other outside prop that may leave a mess or cause damage to the studio.
The hallways are public areas - do not let your clients walk through them unless they are fully dressed.
